    The buying of a bed was easy because we did all the research walked into the store and told them what I wanted, of course they were friendly because they wanted our money. They got it delivered and set up on time, but here is the problem now. So once they have the money and they get their commission they don’t care about you after that. They gave us a coupon for two free pillows and fifteen percent rebate. We went in Saturday to get the pillows and the salesman took us to the back of the store where there were a pile of USED pillows and said this is all we have left. They are not new pillows and they all had stains on them. This is gross if you are giving away pillows people don’t want floor model or used pillows that’s disgusting! Now to the best part, I asked about the rebate and the guy told me he would have the manager call me when he gets back from lunch. Yup you guessed it, no call back. So no I will NEVER send anyone here. It’s not the only option in towne and now I know.

    The salesman left out details of the financing until after my fiancè and I had signed off on it like how the money would be automatically withdrawn from our account automatically every two weeks instead of once a month. He also said our bi-weekly payments were going to be cheaper than they actually are. We called a couple days later to see if we could change our adjustable base to a box spring because we realized we need to save some more money back the next couple months for an appointment at University of Colorado Hospital to see my liver transplant team, and the guy she talked to said they should be able to do it but he'd have the salesman call her to work out the details. We waited a few days and never got a call back so she called them again and the salesman said there was nothing he could do. Quality mattresses, bad customer service.

    Name brand mattresses, but not sure how knowledgeable the sales persons are. Biggest issue is after over 6 weeks I am still waiting for the correct headboard brackets to arrive for my adjustable base. So sad.

    Before you go spend $8K on a new Tempurpedic bed consider this: 1) Tempurpedic = bricks surrounded by foam - go to Lowes and spend $100 on bricks and foam and you will be better off 2) Comfort guarantee = worthless! It only applies if you want to get the same size mattress. Why would I ever exchange a king Tempurpedic for another king Tempurpedic? I even offered to pay more money for two upgraded twin Tempurpedic mattresses which would have meant spending close to $10K for a bed, and they were unwilling. Not sure what I will do with this 6 month old worthless bed now.
