My husband wears a cpap when he sleeps due to his snoring, while looking for a new mattress, the salesman started telling us about the temperpudic smart adjustable frame. He was telling us it can help him get off his cpap because it will lift itself to a level while he sleeps to stop snoring. I was like that would be awesome for my husband. He said it vibrates and monitors your sleep. I didn’t care bout all the other stuff, have not even used it. I was hoping to help my husband. I said over and over and over to the salesman if it does not work for him can we return it cause this is a lot of money, like 3500.00 for the base alone that is supposed to help him so I made it clear we can return this if it does not work for him and the salesman said yes within that 100 days. Well we financed it cause we have 100 days to bring it back and get out money back if it does not work. About 60 days or so later it did nothing for my husband, he still had to use his cpap so I called the store and told them it does not work and we wanted to return it. They said sure come in and you can pick out another mattress, I said well I want to returnI the base also cause it did not help my husband. The salesman said we do not do returns on the bases, only mattress, you can pick out another mattress. I said, the salesman told us cause I made it very clear if it does not work that we could get our money back with the return. He said if you read the fine lines on the paperwork when you financed it says no returns on the bases. I said I have a adjustable base and do not need this smart adjustable base and I made it clear to the salesman I can return it if it does not help and he said yes, He did not say I could not return the base and so you know, they also don’t tell you you cannot return the mattress. You can exchange it for another one but if you get a cheaper mattress you are out the difference in the price. I said I want to talk to someone higher up so they got someone to call us that said she would see what she could do since the salesman said we could return it, he did not say you cannon return the base, after several weeks we are told no, we do not do returns on bases. So we exchanged the temperpudic mattress with another 4000.00 one cause you cannot return the mattress either, you can exchange it which they did not explain that either and if you exchange the mattress it does not matter if you get a cheaper one, your still paying the price for the one you exchange . We did not want to lose that money or we would of got a cheaper one but now we have to pay 3500.00 for a base we do not need. So, do not believe them when they say you cannot return anything and get your money back. We should of not had to read the fine print of the paperwork when the salesman assures you that you can return it. Return means get your money back!!!!

This was a return trip to Mattress Hub. Felt like we were treated well and got great value for our purchase. DJ was a great source of information. I appreciate being able to ask questions without judgement. The quality of these beds are absolutely another great reason to shop here. I do like the 30 day guarantee. Thanks DJ for all your help. Am sad to see the Mattress Hub Outlet closed.
