The salesman was very friendly and informative. He answered all questions and made suggestions and was not pushy like other people i have encountered in sales. Would definitely do business here again.

No hassle very easy to deal with excellence service

The sales people are great at selling you a bed but horrible about communicating delays for delivery. I have waited over 3 weeks and still haven't heard anything unless I called them first. If I haven't heard anything by this Friday I will be canceling the sale through customer service. I could have already got a bed by now if I would have gone anywhere else.

I really appreciated that they were patient and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
