I went to the Mattress Hub intent on purchasing a TempurPedic mattress to replace the one we bought there 15 years ago. Blake was the salesman, a very personable, informative guy. The store is bright, clean and has a wide selection of brands and sizes. My mattress was delivered in a time frame as promised. And the delivery guys were very professional. At this point my rating was a 5 star. However, I purchased a TempurPedic Luxe Firm, when we sat on the bed it sank in 6”. My husband goes to bed hours after I do. When he would crawl in bed it was like sleeping in a waterbed. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease and found the bed hard to get in and out of. We went back to the store to exchange the mattress. Once again dealing with Blake. We decided to go with the TempurPedic Pro because we didn’t want to chance getting another Luxe and having the same problems. Still satisfied with the whole process. 😡 BUT here is where my rating dropped to 1 star. There was a difference in the price of the mattress by $800.00. When I got my statement I hadn’t received a credit. When I called Blake and asked about it he told me their policy is if you exchange a product and it costs more you pay the difference. But if it is cheaper they keep the difference. At no point in discussing changing out the mattress were we told this. And I have no recollection of ever being told this. Shame on me for taking for granted I would get my money back. I would even understand a restocking fee. But for them to keep my $800.00 is just robbery. I would suggest going elsewhere to make your purchase. And double check the trial basis guarantee! 🤨Seems that DANCING SHEEP mascot they have, is really a WOLF IN SHEEP’S clothing.

Amil answered all my questions promptly. Easy to understand. No pressure. We were in and out in record time. I would refer this store to fam and friends.

I liked that there was very little pressure to buy. I did not feel rushed. All my questions were answered and the sales manager had great suggestions for us to choose from.

Good inventory to choose from. Salesman Zach explained differences in the mattresses and helped me find the right mattress for me.

Salesman at store was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The delivery date was immediate and set for my convenience. The delivery men were very professional. I would recommend buying your next mattress from this business.

When I walked into Mattress Hub today I was immediately greeted with a smiling and energetic sales associate. Ginny was very thorough and helpful. She not only answered my questions in depth but taught me a lot regarding present mattress construction details that helped form my decision. Ginny was great!

Carol at the Topeka store was AWESOME! She knows her products and was patient and fun to work with. Excellent service and I am excited to get the mattress on Tuesday!!
