Allison was amazing! She knew all of the products lines, very professional, explained everything about the purchase and exchange process.

DJ is an excellent help in the store! I walked in and he streamlined the entire process, making it fun and informative! I walked out with the perfect mattress for my guest room!

We went into Mattress Hub and the service was exceptional. The salesperson spent time with us to show us different mattresses and helped us find the perfect firmness based on what we explained after laying in several. They were very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and made the entire process easy. We are excited to receive our new bed and mattresses.

DJ was amazing, explained the science behind finding the best pillow and was very knowledgeable. Will be back to get a mattresss. Very soon.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the only rub was the delivery schedule, but I was able to midigate that.

I was very pleased with the quality of service here, they were able to work within my budget. I had to drop a size from a full size to a twin size but it works for me. It was my first time dealing with a mattress in a box when I picked it up from the warehouse. I was expecting a twin size big bulky mattress in plastic haha, well it was in plastic alright just rolled up in a 20 x 20 box that when you release the beast you better get the hell out of the way cause son it's inflatable speed isn't for old people like me haha. That thing just poofed up to full size in about 3.5 seconds. But so far I am immensely impressed with the product. The staff were very helpful and nice like I said. They were able to work with the budget I had. The store was very clean and welcoming. Thank you to Ginny Gonzalez for all your help and support. Thank you Mattress Hub.
