Excellent help from mattress Hub..Phil in particular. I remembered him very well from going into the store over a year ago. He knew exactly what was wrong with the bed I had purchased previously. So I still remembered him and how helpful he was. He fixed me right up and new bed will be coming shortly. He even let me bring in my own pillow since I have a neck problem...I would highly recommend him..as well as Matress Hub.

Robb listened to our needs, then spent time showing us the ones which best fit our requests. He explained everything as we tried out the different brands. He ensured we had everything to complete the order, so our new bed would be sleep ready on the day of delivery.
