I was reluctant to go into a brick and mortar mattress retailer, but after a bad experience using an online retailer I decided to give The Mattress Hub a try. Phil, in Lawrence, took the time to hear my concerns, narrow down my best options, and helped me find the right mattress, without using high pressure sales tactics. I wish I had avoided trying to navigate all the online options by myself and gone to The Mattress Hub first.

I had the pleasure of shopping with Steve at the Salina branch and it was an amazing experience. My last purchase was over 5 years ago but when I walked in he greeted me by name. He took the time and patience to help me select the best purchase to meet my family need. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I can honestly say this was one of my best shopping experiences. The North West Mattress Hub/Braden is a great customer service, we had a situation that we were not able to continue with our layaway plan. They were able to meet our needs and serviced us well, and provided great customer service.

Went in on Black Friday, was busy but I was still helped quick, not rushed and expalined thoroughly about each mattress i was interested in and its benefits. Allison was very helpful and informational, and I'm now waitin for my mattress to arrive when delivery is prompted and get some well needed rest after these long days at work and gym sessions.
