We recently purchased a mattress from DJ at Mattress Hub, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, DJ’s knowledge and experience were obvious. We honestly had no idea what we were looking for, but he took the time to educate us on the different options, explain the benefits, and answer all our questions in a way that made everything easy to understand. After some not-so-great past purchases that left us with sore backs, we were a little nervous about choosing the right bed. Thanks to DJ’s guidance, we ended up selecting a Tempur-Pedic, and we are so excited about it! He made sure we felt confident in our decision and left knowing we’d made the right choice. Outstanding customer service and was very helpful.

Very happy with service here. Went to another store prior to our purchase here. When we walked in here we were helped immediately by someone who understood the product and customer service.

We went up there looking for a new bed but not sure what we were wanting. Marlon was very helpful showing us different options and walking us through the process. The only negative was they didn’t have what we decided on and are having to wait two to three weeks for delivery.
