recently purchased a new box spring and bed rail from Mattress Hub, and overall I had a great experience. There was a defect in the material when my order arrived, but Rob handled the situation professionally and was quick to make it right. Ginny was fabulous to work with! No pressure at all. She asked us questions to find a good fit for us. She then showed us several different types of mattresses that helped us understand the differences and pros and cons of each one. She gave my husband and I time to try out each mattress and discuss. She helped make sure we were fully informed and understood pricing, warranty, delivery, payment options, etc. Overall such a great experience! This was our first time purchasing a mattress and we will definitely be back to The Mattress Hub to get mattresses for our kids!

Ginny is very knowledgeable and accommodating, and patient as we took hours to make a decision. She gave us information without pressure. She listened to our needs and parameters, and ultimately got us a great deal on what we wanted! The store is comfortable and cool during the hot summer. Ginny really took good care of us! Went in for a mattress, told Robb what my budget was and what I was looking for. He was awesome listened and didn't try to sell us something out of budget or something I didn't want. Will definitely be back

Allison was very helpful in helping me chose the correct pillow for me, explained the difference's in the pillow types in easy to explain ways, kept it friendly and relaxed from start to finish

When deciding to buy a new bed we stopped at Mattress Hub 1st. Allison Shawell was so helpful. She asked what mattress we preferred, then had us try different mattress according to firmness. We were buying a split King. She explained the bases, and wrote all the information down for us. We told her we were shopping around. She said that was great and that she would be working the next day. We then went to Denver Mattress, Mattress Firm, and Slumberland. At each store we were met with uninformed salesmen that made us feel they weren't even interested in what we wanted, let alone showed us that they didn't care to sell us a bed. We then knew where we would purchase our new bed. The next day we returned to Allison and purchased our mattress and bases. Allison is great at her job and not only knows what the customer wants because she listens to them. Allison also knows her products. She made our experience very positive. DJ was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped walk us through all of the options, what works best for us as far as comfort and personal preference. We found just what we were looking for.
