Knowledge rep pick right bed

Nicole was so helpful, knowledgeable and fun! We really enjoyed mattress shopping at the Mattress Hub in Derby. We are looking forward to receiving our new bed soon.

We actually drove to Wichita and looked at several mattress stores before ending up back at Mattress Hub in Salina and buying from James Matheson. The difference in customer service was honestly huge. Other stores either barely helped us or felt messy. The store was clean, smelled really good, and felt much more professional right when we walked in. James was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You can tell that him and the other gentleman take pride in there jobs. We were looking for a very specific kind of bed and he took the time to explain everything without making us feel pressured. He helped us find exactly what we wanted and still worked out a really good price for us too. Overall just a great experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend James to anyone looking for a new mattress.
