Had issues with Mattress Firm down the road ( had a great deal but then the guy refunded me and the store claims i had no record of any such deal) so i went to Mattress Hub where I explained my frustration to Trey. He went above and beyond and found us a way nicer bed/frame combo and worked with us on pricing to secure the sale. He has made a lifetime customer!!

We walked into the store looking for fast delivery. What we got was a full matress buying experience. DJ was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He didn't up-sell us for the sake of the sale. He took plenty if time to help make a very important purchase. DJ explained how the matress would effect our sleep which inturn improves our lives. Thank you DJ for your time and expertise. We'll definitely be back for future mattess needs .

Steve helped my wife and I with a new split king setup. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about mattresses. We had a great buying process with him, and we would buy from him again..

I was very impressed with the young man who waited on me. He was very polite and was knowledgeable about the mattresses. He didn't know one question I had but he went and found out the answer. Kudo's Kyle keep up the good work.

Was greeted by Curtis promptly upon entering. He was knowledgeable and answered our questions as well as asked us some as well. My Mother is currently in a wheelchair and currently in a care facility. Bought a mattress and adjustable base for her to come home to replace her 30 yr old mattress. Curtis gave my Mom and I time to talk alone together without any pressure. We had just come from the Furniture Mall and he was aware of that. Great experience!!
