Who knew buying a bed could be so much fun? Nicole was awesome with helping us pick out the perfect fit. She was fun and energetic. I have already started telling people how much I loved the experience.

Rob responded quickly, made the situation right without any hassle, and promptly replaced it with the correct product I wanted. His excellent customer service, professionalism, and commitment to making sure I was satisfied really stood out.
