Store representatives were very helpful. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They were there to help us and didn't hover over us while we were trying to decide which mattress we wanted. Friendly people. They made choosing a mattress easier. I have scoliosis, and needed a mattress that fit my needs. After sleeping on the mattress that we chose, it is obvious we chose the right one. We still have the exchange within 100 days if needed.
