If you cut out even one hour of sleep it can affect your health. “Sleep affects almost every tissue in our bodies” is said in the article by a sleep specialist, Dr. Michael J. Twery, at the National Institutes of Health. “From infancy to old age, the effects of inadequate sleep can profoundly affect memory, learning, creativity, productivity and emotional stability, as well as your physical health. Failing to get enough sleep night after night can compromise your health and may even shorten your life.”
