THE mattress HUB Comfort Guarantee Policy
It’s the goal of THE mattress HUB® to provide the best selection, service, and prices to help you sleep well and live well. If you buy a mattress and find it’s not as comfortable as you hoped, the store offers a ONE-TIME exchange into a more suitable option.
Your body will need a short time to adapt to any new sleep surface, so you must give the mattress a minimum of 30 days before deciding to exchange it.
Conditions for Exchange
In the event of an exchange, the following conditions apply:
- The mattress must be in “Like New Condition” with no stains, odors, or damage. The purchase of a qualifying mattress protector is required to ensure this condition.
- Exchanges are for identical size products; size changes aren’t allowed.
- Customers receive 100% exchange credit up to 100 days post-purchase. From days 101 to 365 post-purchase, the customer will receive 50% credit towards the exchange. The credit amount is the total amount spent on the mattress at the original point of purchase.
- If the exchange mattress is greater in retail value than the original, the customer must pay the full retail price difference. If the exchange mattress is less in retail value, there will be no additional credit or refund of the difference applied.
- The exchange option is only valid for the original purchaser noted on the sales order.
- The law tag must be attached to the item, or the warranty and/or comfort exchange is voided.
- The Premium Delivery service is required on exchanges, which is a $75 charge.
Exempt Products
Certain products are exempt from the One Year Comfort Guarantee, including:
- Clearance Sleep Systems
- Adjustable Bases
- Special Size Orders (such as Full XL and Split Cal King)
- Floor Models
- Mattress Protectors
- Bed Rails
- Promotional Items
- Pillows
- Linens
- Warranty Defects/Exchanges
- Damaged items
- Soiled or Unsanitary products
