7 Tips to Set up a Guest Bedroom

2. Empty a drawer or closet space – If you have guests who are going to enjoy an extended stay with you make sure they have room to unpack or hang items so they don’t have to live out of their suitcase.
3. Add some decor – Make your guest room feel cozy with some fun holiday decorations that will keep them in the festive spirit during their stay.
4. Think about bedtime – Your guests might need a phone charger, bedside table, lamp for reading, or other items to help them drift off to sleep. Make sure you have a small table and outlet available for your guests.
5. Display important home information – If you have a Wi-Fi password or alarm code that your guests need to know, display it somewhere that’s easy for your guests to access.
6. Make the room comfortable – Set out extra pillows, blankets, and even a cute welcome basket with some snacks, drinks, and fun things to do in the area.
