I use to wake up at least 20 times a night and because of that starting taking sleep aides to help (but even then I still woke up a number of times). This new mattress changed my life!! Yes, I still wake up a couple times during the night, but that isn’t because I am in pain or uncomfortable. Most comfortable bed of my entire life!!!
