What You Need to Know

Thank you for your purchase from THE mattress HUB! Our objective is to provide superior service of the best quality products at the lowest possible price. If you have any questions about your purchase beyond the point of sale please call the store in which you purchased or visit us online at www.themattresshub.com. You are our customer and we take your long term satisfaction very seriously. We pledge to service you to the best of our ability before, during and after delivery of your product.
Delivery or Pickup of Products
Customers are always welcome to pick up their products from the store or our area warehouse. Please coordinate in advance with the sales rep so that we can make the necessary arrangements and have the product prepared on time. THE mattress HUB also offers delivery options. Delivery fees will apply. See store for details. We place a priority on prompt and timely delivery service, yet there are circumstances that are simply out of our control and may cause delays on product arrival or scheduled delivery times. Product arrival dates are based on information given to us by our suppliers. Delayed, backordered or late arrivals of scheduled deliveries are not grounds for cancellation. We will always work hard to service our customers as quickly as possible.
Returns or Exchanges
Your sales order will automatically be placed with our warehouse or special ordered with our manufacturers at the close of business the day of your purchase. All sales are final. Please note that any approved order cancellation after the manufacturer or warehouse processes the sales order will incur restocking fees that are dependent upon specific manufacturer guidelines and restrictions. See store for details. THE mattress HUB offers an exchange policy called, “One Year Comfort Guarantee.” This is a very flexible policy extended out to one year from purchase date. THE mattress HUB offers a flexible layaway policy to help fit the needs of our customers. We require a 10% down payment at the point of sale. Monthly payments, though encouraged, are not required. Due to the high volume of layaway transactions and the flexibility of the program, any and all layaway deposits are non-refundable. Please make payments at the store in which the layaway program was initiated.
All products sold in our stores are backed by a manufacturer warranty. The warranty will range from 1 year to 20 years depending on the specific product, collection and vendor. See store for details. Warranty is provided to the original purchaser only. Clearance or AS IS items do not come with manufacturer warranty’s. If you suspect a defect in your product at any point in time we will gladly assist you by working with the manufacturer on your behalf. Please go to www.themattresshub.com and fill out a warranty claim form. From there our Warranty Claim Department will contact the respective manufacturer, present your claim, and follow up with you via phone call or email with further information and directions. This original sales order document is required by the manufacturer, so please keep it in your possession. Although your product warranty is from the manufacturer, not us as the retailer, you are OUR customer and we will always work to service you to the best of our ability.
