At first I was ecstatic about my purchase. We got an adjustable base and we loved the one in store. The salesman told us it wouldn't be the exact model, so I asked if it was the same specs and measurement. I've been having a lot of pain so i really liked how high it came on the feet. He said yes, same details of the one we tried in store. Well we get the base and it doesn't go as high. We go and complain and that want us to pay the difference AND another delivery fee when the person should've checked and I asked all the necessary questions. Very disappointed when I did everything I was supposed to do.

It was a good making a 2nd purchase at mattress hub

Bought 2 mattresses i love them i sleep so good. I bought a $3000 mattress from Miller's of Claflin 3 years ago first they delivered the wrong mattresses then I ended up with the one I had until I bought these from mattress hub Zach was wonderful and I love my new mattress and I wake up rested and don't hurt. Right now they are inn Great Bend till I think it was January at the old Napa building 926 main

DJ provided excellent service and was extremely knowledgeable about all the MH products. Truly felt he was working to satisfy my requirements vs just selling me the product of the day.

Amazing experience. The salesman knows his mattresses. Never once tried to up sell us. He listened to what we wanted. Highly recommend!
