My salesman was great Steve was awesome but the delivery process was horrible they called me and said they would be there within the hour I finally called them 2 hours later they were stranded and weren't a truck 2 miles from my house when I specifically told him not to go down that road and how to get to my house it then took them several more days and tries to get to my home to deliver the mattress after sleeping on the mattress for 30 days I didn't like it I requested a different one when they came to deliver they delivered the wrong size mattress so then the salesman recent the mattress along with pillows as compensation the drivers did not come the day that they said they should be there and I waited and waited they were supposed to come two days in a row they didn't come when they finally did come they were rude

Was not told by salesman that the mattresses at this store were indeed not new but used as displays or returns.The delivery driver told us.Will never go to The Mattress Hub again and will soread the word how deceptive they are.
