Allison, the salesperson, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made notes of all the mattresses we tried, with prices for our future reference. Because of her kind, no-pressure approach, we later decided to return and give her our business. We are pleased with our choice of mattress for our 87 year-old mother.

Kyle was extremely helpful. I called several times over several days & had many questions that he patiently answered for me. He made a few suggestions that were very helpful & also gave me a few freebies with my final purchase. Like free delivery! Very much appreciated that he did that! Thank you Kyle!
