We had a great experience working with DJ tonight! He was very friendly and had a wealth of knowledge about the mattresses we were comparing. He showed us different features of the adjustable bases so that later down the road when we go to purchase one, we know what they offer and can make the best decision for us. DJ was patient with us as we tried a handful of different mattresses and would ask different questions about each one, and he was able to put together a few different quotes on some of our favorites so we could be confident in the one we wanted to go with. Thank you for your help - we can't wait to get our new mattress!

Overall, a very good experience. Received great information from Trey to help make an informed decision without feeling any pressure. There was a mixup on delivery. Mistakes happen and it is the response that matters. In this case, Trey did everything he could to get our new mattress delivered with a minimum of disruption.

Curtis was knowledgeable and friendly. Listened to our needs and concerns and addressed each with a suggestion and why.

The staff was extremely helpful. Trey and Chase were wonderful to deal with and they walked us through the benefits and downfalls of each mattress. They were patient and very knowledgeable! The store is clean and well lit.
