great customer service

Great service from DJ and he shared knowledge that allowed me to choose the best mattress for our household.

Kelly was great in helping me find the right bed for my elderly father. I told her the vagus of what I was looking for and then she gave me a full tour of what might fit that. She answered any questions and even showed me an example that would help me understand the answer more clearly. I gave the review of 4 stars instead of 5 because I've been waiting a few weeks on the delivery of the needed platform. Of course that's not her fault. but is reflective of the company itself. In my phone calls and return phone calls about this situation, everyone has been a helpful as possible. Because I'm not in a dire situation, I'm being patient, but it is frustrating.

Fast, friendly, inexpensive. Need i say more.

Ginny was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the differences between mattresses and the foundations. There was no pressure to purchase a certain one, I had plenty of time to try each mattress before choosing the mattress and foundation that I did. I would definitely recommend friends and family to purchase from Ginny.

I went in to price shop on a full size flat bed and was assisted by Curtis. He advised they did have what I needed. After speaking with him I was satisfied and then ordered a new mattress to go with it. He was willing to have the delivery made whenever I called for it. I was totally satisfied with this transaction.
