Grant and Nate are great people who helped us on our first purchase. Nate took care of us through the 3 visits we had and was well informed, he wasn’t pushy at all and it made us want to go through with it all. Grant was walking and kept the store squeaky clean and was also very helpful by asking his boss questions about the process for us. 11/10 would purchase a mattress here again lmao.

The salesman, James Matheson, was extremely helpful. He was not pushy, or made us feel rushed. He gave us so much helpful information after finding out more about us and our sleep needs. He truly made us feel at home and welcomed. Would HIGHLY recommend Mattress Hub and James Matheson.

My dad had a sudden medical issue that required an adjustable bed immediately. I’m from out of town and called Mattress Hub Friday afternoon trying to find an adjustable bed in stock for emergency delivery. Bob answered the phone and immediately understood what I was going through, found me the perfect bed and set me up with delivery and instillation the next day free of charge. What meant the most though, is that Bob told me they didn’t have the special mattress I needed in stock but instead of trying to sell me something that wasn’t what my dad needed, he referred me to a competitor that did have it in stock. Rarely do you run across a business that is willing to hurt their own bottom line to do what is best for a customer. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for helping me take care of my dad with the exact bed he needed for his recovery.

Walked in and was greeted, looked around and asked a few questions! James was very good at not forcing a sale, but telling me all the facts about the beds I was looking at. Talked about sleeping positions and figured out the best bed for us. Great service! Very informative! Thank you!

Great , helpful and friendly staff at the Rock rd store. Prices were better than every where else we went to. They had the matress we wanted in stock.
