was told one thing first visit and changed when actually made purchase.Would actually like complete refund.Still no word. Have not received mattress and would like complete refund.Zane was salesman so dealing with manager not an option.9/7 response. There was no missed call or message on 9/4, there was one on 9,6. i feel like a fool and should have walked away. Hope you will consider cancelling and refunding my money. I have been sick, phone ringer has been off so I can rest.

Worked hard to get us the deal we needed

We had a great experience! We worked with Rob Warnas, he is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. We wanted to look at a couple of new beds over at the other store so he sent us over there and the guys at that store. We’re very nice to us also and very knowledgeable even though they knew that we were working with Rob, they still spent some time with us to help us find the right bed. Rob was so patient with us when he had spent countless hours with us trying to help us figure out the best deal and the right mattress for us, It took us weeks to decide on what we wanted and he was still very patient with us I would go back to Rob if I needed another mattress Many times over.

We felt heard and all of our questions were met. Looking forward to our new mattress. DJ did a wonderful job walking us though all of our current issues with our current mattress and finding something that works for both of us.

With the help of Logan we were able to narrow down and pick our new mattress. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time going over everything. We would recommend this store. Good experience!

Salesman was very friendly.Didn't take long got in got my mattress.He loaded it up in the car for me and I was in and out and under 30 minutes.That's what I like and that's what I appreciate.That's why I give you a 5 star.Thank you
