The store had a great selection of mattresses and pillows. The sales person, Tia, was extremely helpful amd knowledgeable. Told her what I was looking for and my price range. Tia made me feel like I was her friend and was so helpful. If you need a mattress I highly recommend the Mattress Hub.

My wife and I Walked into the store ready to purchase a new mattress. The salespeople were sitting at a desk in the back. They took one look at us and went back to talking. They did not even acknowledge that we were there. I'm guessing that because we looked younger they assumed we were not worth their time. We went down the street to MATTRESS FIRM, spent 3k, and received incredible customer service.

Fast, easy transaction completed to buy two new mattresses for our girls. They will be delivered for free this Saturday and we can return them for credit towards different ones if they don’t like them.
