We were in serious need of a new mattress and frame. I needed a base to elevate my head and a cooling mattress, my wife need lumbar support and a more supportive mattress. Ginny explained the benefits of each mattress and how they differed. She demonstrated the base functions and addressed our individual sleep needs. We selected the Tepur-Pedic Medium Probreeze Hybrid twin-xl mattresses, with individual bases. The customer service was superb and Ginny made sure to answer all of our questions and address our individual and combined needs. When we visited, DJ showed us a wide selection of beds and took the time to ask what we were really looking for. He never tried to upsell or push anything we didn’t want.
