James was very informative when I was getting my son a bigger bed for Christmas. I had the frame and just needed a mattress and box spring. I gave a brief description of my bed that my son likes and he pointed me to a couple that weren't too expensive and I found one that fit how mine feels from the ones he pointed me to.

Listened to what I wanted and did not try to get me to buy something else.

I purchased a mattress/bed from Mattress Hub Wichtia at the State Fair. The set was not what I thought I purchased. Tried to return, exchange, which I was told I had 30 days to do. Delivered 2 weeks late. Contracted the sale person by phone. Long story short I even visited the store in McPherson. On 11/4/2023 another phone call to salesperson,said they would look into it and get back to me. 12/5/2023, still have not heard from anyone.

We were in a pinch and needed an affordable bed fast and Emil came through for us! He was very nice to work with and would be happy to do so again!

Tia (Sales Manager) was amazing there. I came in two different days to try finding the right mattress for me. First day, she helped me around the floor to try what she had, then I went online to see what I didn’t have time to get through on the sales floor, then I met her the next day and bought what is hopefully going to be the best mattress I’ve ever had. Mattress hub has AMAZING warranty and comfort guarantees, etc. They have great people skills, and most of all, I feel like my sales rep is really on my team. She was willing to work with me to find what worked best financially for me. Best mattress buying experience I’ve ever had.
