I have bought my 4th bed from Mattress Hub in Lawrence. If I need another I know where to go. Every one that I have bought has been a wonderful experience. The quality of the mattresses and customer service has always been top notch. The delivery is quick and the guys have always been friendly and respectful. I have bought a King Size, Queen, and Full of various styles and firmness. I have never been treated like a dollar sign and have been shown exactly what I was looking for. If you are in need of a new bed, dont waste your time and gas going anywhere else.

Our Tempur-pedic has a warranty issue. We did all the troubleshooting on it. Still won't work. Control box won't light up. In order to get this matter taken care of. We were told to go to the website, followed all instructions. BUT, have to take pictures to send to them. Don't know what the pictures are going to do because we don't know what the problem is. Brandon at Mattress Hub was no help at all except to basically to tell me I don't know what I'm doing.
