Service was spectacular, if you go there talk to Tia bone

This has easily been one of the easiest, smoothest mattress buying experiences I've ever had. Generally, I rank mattress buying up there with car buying in terms of how painful it is. However, I came in the Manhattan store late (literally it was 7:58pm) and Tia still was happy to help me despite closing at 8. I already more or less knew about what I needed and asked her to cute all the fluff out and just give me the features of a few specific mattresses. She obliged without issue and within a couple days we were able to sort out exactly which mattress I wanted and she even finished the sale over the phone so that I wasn't forced to come all the way back in. But what has really been the most impressive is the after sales support. Because of the mattress I ended up buying which is incredibly thick, the box springs made it unreasonably high for me to get into. There was zero hesitation from Tia to get me a solution that worked better - aka smaller box springs. Fast forward a month and I had an issue with one of the box springs randomly breaking across multiple slats. Rather than making me jump thru crazy hoops to get it resolved, she walked me thru every step of the online process for the warranty and made sure the request was handled the very next day! I will absolutely go back to her if I need another mattress and I'll gladly send others to Tia as well. She really bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of before, during and after the sale!

Tia was very knowledgeable with lots of information about how the different mattresses affects your health.

Went there today to see the selection because I had a specific brand in mind (Stearns & Foster) and I wanted to take a look at it and ask questions. I saw the mattress and the store manager, Tia Bone, was sooo helpful in answering all of my (500) questions lol. My daughter was with me and she was shopping for 2 new mattresses and Tia was there answering her questions too! Tia went above and beyond in her customer service assistance with us that day and we ended up purchasing 3 mattresses and foundations from the Mattress Hub that afternoon. Thanks Tia!

I know you are here for a review and not a story, I will try to keep it short. 🙂 Our children were gifted a bunk bed for Christmas, now we needed twin mattresses after searching online I was temped to order cheap mattresses off of Amazon but before I placed an order I wanted to see what was in stores around us. First we stopped at the mattress firm because online they were the cheapest but the prices in store were much higher and the younger sales man didn’t seem to know a lot. After a bad experience with the mattress hub I was reluctant to head that way but I am so glad we did after we told Wayde what we needed, my price range and thoughts of ordering on Amazon he then informed me of the mattress lawsuit because of products the mattresses were made from were causing respiratory illness. In true sales man fashion he sold us a king mattress for ourselves (that we needed) to get a better deal on the kids mattresses. Wayde helped us get financed, gave us knowledge on how set up payments to get paid off without interest or other fees, made sure we had mattress protection, and took care of the delivery set up. Delivery came the next day! Since we worked the delivery was set for later in the evening they gave me a courtesy text (instead of a phone call while at work) to see if an early delivery would be okay. Both of the guys were very nice and efficient in getting all mattresses in and set up. So thankful for this great experience!
