It was quick and simple because Bobby Frost listened and took us to the beds that we needed.

This was our second time purchasing mattresses from Carol at the Mattress Hub. She was so great the first time we came back when our son needed a new mattress. She saved us so much we added sheets & pillows! I hate shopping but this was very easy & affordable.

We Enjoyed being able to make a well Informed Decision due to the Knowledge and Input Mr Zane provided us with during our Visit. Great Value and Noteworthy Customer Service! Thank you!! Would like to Add to my Initial Review... It has been 2mons since we Initially Purchased our Mattress, which we Had to have Both mattresses Swapped out for Different ones due to Comfort-related matters and Again the Folks at The Mattress Hub came Through for us! Mr. Zane made the entire Switch-out process quite Easy and Seamless and I would like to also Mention how Awesome the Delivery process has been - Thanks to Mr. Toby and Mr. Dustin! Quite rare to Have such Friendly-service during Deliveries - Very much Appreciated. Everyone we have had the Pleasure to Work with at TMH have been Outstanding and Helpful! Thank you!

Customer service was fine, but delivery driver called 20 mins before they were supposed to be here and said they were going to be an hour later, thanks for screwing my day up, 3 hour time slot to deliver and u choose to call 20 mins before to say you will be an hour late
