Customer service was fine, but delivery driver called 20 mins before they were supposed to be here and said they were going to be an hour later, thanks for screwing my day up, 3 hour time slot to deliver and u choose to call 20 mins before to say you will be an hour late

These folks here are great! Ginny helped save me money and was so kind! DJ was very knowledgeable and helpful. This man knows a lot about sleeping, sleeping comfortably, and pressure points. Thank you all!
