Went shopping on a Saturday for a mattress exchange on a beauty rest black. DJ was extremely rude and said Saturday was not a good day for exchanges expecting me to come back another day because he was busy with new customers. Go to a different mattress hub for a quality customer service experience . DJ was one of the rudest sales people I’ve dealt with and only cares about commissions.

We went in to Mattress Hub just to”try out” what mattress we might want. Rob was such a great sales man that we walked out after making a purchase. The regional manager, Alison, was also very helpful and informative.
