The store personnel are great, it is the corporate headquarters people that don't care. I bought a king sized bed with frame, the frame broke within the warranty period, so I filed a claim. Not once has the corporate office contacted me. I have made repeated inquiries! Is this chain run by accountants? I like the people in the store, they are great, but I will never buy from Mattress Hub again.

Phil is great, he always takes care of me and anyone I send his way.
