Extremely difficult to submit a warranty claim. The comfort exchange business model needs replaced with a more customer friendly model.

Folks are friendly and will give you the best deal possible for your money. BRENDA SOL helped my son find a mattress that we hope will help his back, and hips Brenda was able to assist me as well in finding a mattress for my bad back also. She did a fantastic job. Made us feel at ease and comfortable.
