My roommate and I came in and saw Brian today. He was incredibly helpful, he did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need, and he gave my roommate a great deal! He was very knowledgeable about all of the items and what type of bed would be best for her. I will definitely be coming here when I need a new mattress.

I went in there expecting a high-pressure sales experience, and it was totally the opposite! The staff (just so happened to be Brett [the Manager]) was SUPER amazing and REALLY laid back. He made the whole purchase experience a really PLEASANT experience! No hassle, no gimmicks, no pressure, just honest people in a laid-back atmosphere ready to help you find the best mattress for you. Extremely difficult to submit a warranty claim. The comfort exchange business model needs replaced with a more customer friendly model.
