DJ was terrific! I had planned to check out a few other mattress retailers but after spending time with DJ and learning so much about mattresses I decided to purchase my tempra-pedic mattress Mattress Firm. Can't beat the service and the warranty.

Extremely difficult to submit a warranty claim. The comfort exchange business model needs replaced with a more customer friendly model.
