We showed up just to look 25 minuets before close. Ginny was excellent!!!! She took our wants our needs and our budget and got us a bed and moveable base in our budget. Ginny stayed late to ensure that we got everything taken care of over all wonderful experience

We were very pleased with our sales representative. Her knowledge and the pricing of products can't be beat. Trust me when I say you don't need to shop around. First stop last stop. Highly recommend.

Today we went by The Mattress Hub and met with Nate, who has worked for the company for one year. With incredible knowledge, he’s professional, patient and kind. Anytime, you have an opportunity to look for a new bed, you need to make sure you stop by The Matrress Hub and ask for Nate. We walked out with a new pillow top bed on order and the anticipation of a quick turnaround delivery on Saturday. In and out and one happy, elderly mother.

We had an excellent experience shopping for a mattress thanks to Brenda at Mattress Hub in MHK! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to guide me through the options and helping us choose the perfect mattress within our budget. Not only did she offer the best deals, but she also made the whole process feel stress-free. The customer service was top-notch, and the store had such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful when I was looking for my kid’s desk and chair:)

I don’t even know where to start. Such a friendly vibe, really nice sales people, but there’s either a horrible communication issue or an adamant refusal to take accountability. We bought a new bed this weekend. Were told if we waited for delivery the bed would be set up for us. Well we did that, despite being in a truck and able to just take it home.. We figured it was worth waiting to have it all done for us. Delivery was set for Monday, something went wrong, which is fine and things happen. So Allison offered to throw in free pillows for the trouble. Which was worth the extra day wait, no sweat. The new delivery time was 3-6PM on Tuesday. They show up, drop a box and a mattress and leave. No pillows, no box spring, no assembly, nothing. So obviously I’m irritated at that point because we could have just taken it home over the weekend when we bought it. I contacted Allison and was ignored, and was told by the store there was nothing they could do because Allison is the manager. There was a whole separate bout of miscommunication that occurred as well, but all this to say, buy the 300 dollar Amazon mattress, because the headache you’ll get from dealing with this place isn’t worth the trouble. Literally never again.
