Chris and Bobby delivered exceptional service, surpassing our expectations in customer service and pricing. Upon entering, they warmly greeted us with a smile and welcomed our service puppy in training. We appreciated their non-pushy sales approach, allowing us ample time to browse and addressing all our queries, including warranties and return policies. Their teamwork and camaraderie were evident, showcasing their remarkable personalities. The Mattress store is fortunate to have them on board. Following visits to multiple competitors, we were impressed by their unmatched prices, offering significant savings. The store's cleanliness and organization were also noteworthy.

Brenda was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products that we asked about and after telling her our needs she made suggestions to us to try as many mattresses that we needed to before making our minds up and picked the tempur pedic luxe adapt medium hybrid 2.0.
