The sales people were great. The delivery is crap. It has been 3 weeks since I financed a mattress and it still hasn't been scheduled for delivery. They said 10-14 days. I could have just went out and bought one and took it with me as I have a truck but they said it has to be delivered. If I dont get answers or a delivery date soon I will be calling to cancel the contract and dispute the purchase as non delivered merchandise.

Rob responded quickly, made the situation right without any hassle, and promptly replaced it with the correct product I wanted.
