We’ve bought two beds from here now and I won’t go anywhere else. We made a mistake of going somewhere else a year ago for our daughter’s bed a year ago and I wish we had just gone back here. Price is always great, there is a 100 night trial, warranty and free shipping. Staff is friendly and never pushy.

Our salesman was so down to earth and realistic. I was shopping for a teenager who isn't yet ready for her forever bed. I didn't feel pressured into getting more than what I wanted. We had a bed in mind, but went to two other places to be sure. The other places felt to salesy. One place didn't even really want to talk to us much because I wasn't going to spend $1000+ on a TWIN mattress. Needless to say, we were back within 2 hours and made the purchase on the original mattress. Kid is eagerly waiting for the bed to arrive! We even ended upgrading in size.

I liked how he showed all of the cooling pillows in lowest cost to highest and only when I asked to see the next one. Did not pressure me to buy anything. Was super friendly and professional. The regular store brand cooling pillows are not enough for when you are sweating.... My previous one from them lasted 10+ years. was time for a new one.
