I love my new bed and the process of getting my new bed was great

My wife and I went with the tempur-pedic and had a great experience with Jeremy. Jeremy went above and beyond for us. We will definitely recommend going to the East Wichita Mattress Hub and talking with Jeremy about getting their next mattress to everyone. Awesome customer service!!

Amazing customer service and prices are comparable to other stores that are not locally owned.

This guy DJ was going a 100mph like he just smoked something. Bad customer service and not helpful.

Went shopping on a Saturday for a mattress exchange on a beauty rest black. DJ was extremely rude and said Saturday was not a good day for exchanges expecting me to come back another day because he was busy with new customers. Go to a different mattress hub for a quality customer service experience . DJ was one of the rudest sales people I’ve dealt with and only cares about commissions.
