Dealt with Braden. That was one of the more impressive sales I’ve seen. Haven’t slept on the mattress yet but as far as an experience goes, it has been a long time since I’ve seen a salesperson handle an interaction so genuinely.

We deeply appreciated the time that was taken to explain all the differences of mattresses. That sales person was really cheerful and informative which made our decision easier.

Braden was very informative. He walked us through each option within our price range and really helped us find the bed that we needed and wanted. He actually explained that there is science behind having a good bed to get a good night's sleep and explained the best comfort level we would need to help with our specific needs. There is really something to be said for the Regional Manager walking up to you in store and greeting you with a handshake! Immediately felt so much more at ease!! We previously had a bad experience at another retailer, but Braden completely wiped that hesitantcy out for us. We really felt taken care of.

Store associate Chase was friendly and helpful, helped me narrow down my choices to select the best mattress for me.

Phenomenal experience with Grant. The missus and I tried a few mattresses, and Grant’s knowledge and understanding of our needs helped us find a great bed. Backs be saved! We’ll return when the kids need an upgrade. Highly recommend.
