Was very happy with the service we received at the mattress hub. Although I can't remember the saleman's name, he was very helpful in finding just what we wanted and needed. I would recommend the mattress hub to anyone I know looking for a complete bed or just a new mattress.

I needed a mattress and next day delivery and The Mattress Hub was able to make it happen when other stores couldn’t! The staff were super nice, helpful, and went out of their way to make my requests a reality. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new mattress!

Salesman was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience. Mattress was delivered but no box springs I was told by delivery men that I would have to call the store. Was told price of mattress did not include boxed springs. I paid for boxed springs and the delivery men brought the boxed springs later that day I would suggest that the sales people indicate that the boxed springs are not included in the price they quote.l a price to the customer.

Good help in finding what we were looking for

Horrible customer service they left the old mattress they were supposed to haul away on our porch. They refused to come back and get it and won’t return phone calls. Do not recommend doing business with them.
