Our Tempur-pedic has a warranty issue. We did all the troubleshooting on it. Still won't work. Control box won't light up. In order to get this matter taken care of. We were told to go to the website, followed all instructions. BUT, have to take pictures to send to them. Don't know what the pictures are going to do because we don't know what the problem is. Brandon at Mattress Hub was no help at all except to basically to tell me I don't know what I'm doing.

The salesperson on Sat Sept 23 was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process of purchasing a mattress and box springs. I felt confidant in his expertise and ability to make the right decision. He was friendly and I felt like a I had a personal shopper unlike the big stores. I look forward to having my new mattress.

The manager/salesman Emil, was able to find exactly what I wanted at a really deep discount.The financing options were amazing, and the application process was quick and easy, I couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait to try out my new bed.

I was very impressed with the service we received not only at the store but also by the way their delivery guys were. They were all very professional . The price of the mattress and box springs was very reasonable. I will use them again when we need another mattress and box springs.
