James was very helpful and surprised me by recalling the mattress I was interested months ago. He was very knowledgeable and friendly with responding to any of my questions and concerns. I received my mattress in a reasonable time frame, and have been sleeping much more comfortably after receiving it. I would greatly recommend others checking this place for their new mattress!
