Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about each mattress and material make up of the mattress.

Chase was very friendly and helpful without being pushy towards any particular brand. He talked with me about what I liked and wanted in a mattress, and then showed me just mattresses that met my criteria. I appreciated his low pressure, high knowledge approach.
