I wish I could give this experience a ZERO. I went into mattress hub wanting to purchase a mattress on my lunch break. Instead I was DISMISSED because I didn't want to lay on BUGS!. Brandon greeted me and was pleasant at first then asked me to try out a bed that clearly was covered in bugs. When I brought this to his attention, he said he "had someone coming in later to deal with the specs" I told him I was uncomfortable laying on a bed covered in bugs so he proceeded to show me another bed. Once there I noticed, it too, was covered in bugs. I jokingly laughed and said well I don't know if I want to join them on this bed either. That is when Brandon quickly responded saying "Well if you don't want to lay on it there is no reason I should try and sell you a bed then" I was speechless. I thought he would at least try to clean the bed off before even asking me to lay down however he did not. Instead, he very dismissively made the comment above and gave me a cold stare. I was so upset and shocked I just said okay thank you! He said thank you and walked away before I could turn around to leave. This was very disheartening. I don't even care for an apology because I know its not real and just for show aka google stares from new prospects---if you want to make this right just treat ALL people with respect and clean your beds. This should be a given.

I came into the store, knowing what I wanted. The salesman did a great job of directing me to my choices. He was helpful without being overbearing. I would highly recommend the Salina store.
