Daniel Garcia was not only pleasant, but very informative and educated about the product he was selling. He made me feel so good about the product I was getting that any anxiety about the cost was irrelevant. I am truly convinced I have a great product coming to me. Fantastic local business that I will recommend to everyone.

We went to Mattress Hub after we had been to several other mattress stores. When we first arrived, the salesperson was very helpful. He offered many suggestions and opinions. We purchased a Tempur-Pedic for $7,000.00. At first, everything was going well. We were offered to apply for a Wells Fargo no interest credit card. We were told the bed, mattress and pillows would be delivered in 10 – 14 days and they were. Everything was delivered in good condition except for the zipper on the mattress cover. The two delivery drivers – Chris and Jacob – were terrific. They explained how the bed and controls work.
I called Mattress Hub and the employee told me there was nothing he could do to help me but he would leave a note for the Manager and see what the Manager could do for me. I called the next day and the Manager told me that no one left him a note. I explained the issue again and he told me that he would email his contact at Tempur-Pedic and see if there was anything they could do for me. He told me that it would be two weeks before he would get an answer. I waited for a response from the Manager and no response. So, I called back and spoke to an employee, he told me the same story. He would email his contact at Tempur-Pedic and see if he could help me. Again, no response from the employee. I decided to call Tempur-Pedic and see if I would get an answer to my question. After speaking with an employee at Tempur-Pedic, I was given the help and answers that I needed. I was on hold for quite some time but it was worth the wait to get the answers that I needed.
The employees at Mattress Hub were eager to get the sale but less than helpful after the sale. I will not shop there again. I have waited over a month for a response from the Manager and three weeks from the employee. I wouldn’t think this would take so long to receive a reply from Tempur-Pedic.
