Found my mattress within minutes!!! Awesome help!!

We stopped in just hoping to find a few specific mattresses to try and ended up going back a few days later to place an order for our new mattress and base. Phil was exceptionally personable and knowledgeable, and he really gave us the confidence we were looking for that we would love the mattress, the base, and the accessories we ended up purchasing. We would definitely recommend buying here and working with Phil.

Over the past 4 years I have purchased 5 beds from Mattress Hub and will turn to them again when it’s time for my 6th. Jared and Steve are great to work with, knowledgeable and professional and do their best to make sure it’s a good experience for you and that you are picking a bed that perfectly meets your needs. When my wife and I decided it was time to get a new mattress, we knew there were two stores on Iowa Street in Lawrence that sold the Postur-Pedic we were looking for. Mattress Hub and the other place. We visited Mattress Hub first. We were treated well and provided printed information about the set-up we wanted with all prices clearly stated. After advising we would check the competition down the road, we were thanked for visiting and sent on our way. The other store, well, we were greeted politely, but the manager advised she needed to finish something and left us alone for a bit. Then, when we explained what we wanted, she got confused and started pricing the wrong bed. Then, she said she had to check the computer to get pricing. While she "checked" she kept demanding more personal information about my wife and me. When all was said and done, and we had been standing around for 10 minutes waiting for her to "check" on the computer, she gave us a scrawled out a price on a sticky-note showing the best price she could give us for what we wanted. It was $2,000 more than listed the readily available printed materials from TemperPedic available at Mattress Hub. We returned to Mattress Hub where we realized we could trust the sales person (John if I remember correctly) not to mislead us or give us bad information. We are eagerly awaiting the new bed which will be delivered free. (The other store said delivery was $150.)

Stopped in to "test cuddle" a split king in the beginning phases of shopping. Tia was kind, knowledgeable and no pressure. Even allowed my typically shy 10y/o to test the integrity of the stuffed serta sheep without judgment 😆 I'm excited to say she struck a hard bargain to pass up and I was able to commit to the best of the best product! Can't wait for delivery and hopefully the best sleep ever!!

I was impressed that the Mattress Hub has an excellent selection of quality mattresses and mattress systems with adjustable, high-tech bases. Tia was awesome to work with as she listened to what we wanted to buy and showed me the exact options that we needed. I encourage others to check out the store and talk to Tia about your mattress needs.

Tia and the Mattress Hub were awesome to work with. We had a manufacturer defect on a mattress and Tia was simply the best to work with and find a quick and excellent resolution to our situation. I would highly recommend the Mattress Hub especially if you get the chance to work with Tia!!!
