When I began looking for another mattress, I looked at NFM and The Mattress Hub. Phil Sanchez is the manager and is the person that I primarily worked with. He took his time to explain the different aspects of the products and answered all of my questions. It was because of the customer service here that I decided to buy local. The store contacted me upon delivery to make sure that all had gone well and helped with questions that I had. Both the manager and assistant manager were quick to respond and to be of assistance. I've bought multiple items from NFM but am very glad that I made the mattress and base purchases here.

Went in after having to move ASAP after a traumatic experience. Very helpful and ultra nice! Got what i needed at a reasonable price and had help with options and even loading things! 10/10
