Steve and Clayton delivered our bed. They were VERY professional from the minute they got here to the minute they left. They took the time to answer our questions. They were very careful not to hit our walls. The only issues we have is with #1 the App for the frame. It REQUiRES us to accept 3rd party access to our personal information. This is unacceptable and the sales person in Wichita didn’t tell us about that. #2 She also did NOT tell us paying over time would mean issuing us Credit Cards. We would NOT of done the financing if we knew that. Very dissatisfied with Ginny not telling us that fact upfront!!!!!!!

My husband & I just purchased a king size mattress from The Mattress Hub & we had a great experience! We shopped around & The Mattress Hub has the best deals in the area. Jim helped us in the store and was so nice & knowledgeable. It only took about 2 weeks for our mattress to come in and then they delivered it that week. Steve & Clayton were our delivery guys out of McPherson & they were also awesome! Super nice & we’re in and out in just a few minuets. Mattress was packaged well & came clean. Slept on it for the first time last night & we love it!
