Just purchased some twin boxes. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Very friendly staff

At first the salesman will tell you everything you want to hear in terms of your loan being interest free for the entirety of your loan. You will also be told of their flexible exchange policy. ALTHOUGH if you are to make any exchanges HIGHLY advise that you triple check the paperwork. The salesman did not inform us that our purchase contract was changed and come to find our loan changed to only no interest for 12 months and not the original 48 months! So now since we did not pay off our purchase within 12 months, we are having to pay the interest of the ENTIRE original purchase price. Will not referring or making future purchases here.

Great customer service. Took the time to make sure we picked the right mattress. Not pushy at all. I would recommend them to my friends.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the mattresses we looked at. So far the mattress we chose is proving to be excellent.

Keep getting the run around on where our mattress was. Asked for refund after waiting a month we are just now getting told the check was sent today after we were told the check was processed on the 27th. Called again and was told they processed it yesterday since the finance person was on vacation. Called today and talked to the financial department person and found out it has just been sent today. Not sure why they felt the need to lie to us when we’ve been patient through this whole process. Would not recommend.

Worked with the sales manager Logan. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!
