We had an amazing experience at The Mattress Hub! Tia was absolutely wonderful, not only did she match us with the perfect mattress but she was extremely friendly and attentive to our little girl. Within about 10 months of owning the mattress, it became stiff and put pressure against my lungs that made it hard to breathe, like the last mattress, only this time with no recourse of replacement. While I have no issue with their treatment of customers, the quality of the products simply does not last.
