Within about 10 months of owning the mattress, it became stiff and put pressure against my lungs that made it hard to breathe, like the last mattress, only this time with no recourse of replacement. While I have no issue with their treatment of customers, the quality of the products simply does not last.

We stopped in just hoping to find a few specific mattresses to try and ended up going back a few days later to place an order for our new mattress and base. Phil was exceptionally personable and knowledgeable, and he really gave us the confidence we were looking for that we would love the mattress, the base, and the accessories we ended up purchasing. We would definitely recommend buying here and working with Phil.

When my wife and I decided it was time to get a new mattress, we knew there were two stores on Iowa Street in Lawrence that sold the Postur-Pedic we were looking for. Mattress Hub and the other place. We visited Mattress Hub first. We were treated well and provided printed information about the set-up we wanted with all prices clearly stated. After advising we would check the competition down the road, we were thanked for visiting and sent on our way. The other store, well, we were greeted politely, but the manager advised she needed to finish something and left us alone for a bit. Then, when we explained what we wanted, she got confused and started pricing the wrong bed. Then, she said she had to check the computer to get pricing. While she "checked" she kept demanding more personal information about my wife and me. When all was said and done, and we had been standing around for 10 minutes waiting for her to "check" on the computer, she gave us a scrawled out a price on a sticky-note showing the best price she could give us for what we wanted. It was $2,000 more than listed the readily available printed materials from TemperPedic available at Mattress Hub. We returned to Mattress Hub where we realized we could trust the sales person (John if I remember correctly) not to mislead us or give us bad information. We are eagerly awaiting the new bed which will be delivered free. (The other store said delivery was $150.)
