Mark was amazing! Due to the President's Day sale and our limited time, he helped track down a mattress that would fit our needs and be delivered the next day. Mark is extremely helpful and has excellent customer service. His willingness to help, but not be pushy, is extremely appreciated. Will be back to purchase another mattress.

The staff was friendly and informative. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were encouraged to find the best mattress for our best sleep without feeling rushed or limited. When we decided the staff was really helpful and patient. Love the bed and mattress we picked.

Awesome shopping and purchase experience at The Mattress Hub this past week. Customer service was excellent and I received multiple deals on multiple products (not just on the mattress and the frame). The delivery process and set up went smoothly as well. Highly recommend this locally owed business!
