Customer service was fine, but delivery driver called 20 mins before they were supposed to be here and said they were going to be an hour later, thanks for screwing my day up, 3 hour time slot to deliver and u choose to call 20 mins before to say you will be an hour late

GREAT Experience from showroom to delivery! Before I stepped in the Mattress Hub showroom I had a negative experience with a competitor down the road so I was pretty guarded that day, but Jon at MH in Lawrence was patient and set me at ease after a time. Jon’s knowledge was solid and I went home to research his teachings and my price options ( this was a pretty big purchase for me) for the same bed in the KC metro area and decided to give my biz to Mattress Hub and I’m glad I did! As a small business owner I’m proud to support another growing KS small business that has integrity along with fair & competitive pricing. Good job all around and I feel confident about my purchase. I will be back!

I got greeted from the second I walked inside. As I gazed at all the beds I was met with a wonderful bed enthusiast. He definitely showed me a higher end bed first but it was exactly what I liked. Afterwards we adjusted and looked at lower end beds. I settled in the middle. The Mattress Hub offers a layaway program and a credit program which I applied for and got approved for 0 down within seconds. I’m very happy and exited to get my king size bed delivered.

Super friendly and not pushy at all

Great experience shopping for a mattress. Carol helped us stay in our budget and she was knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth, patient and not pushy. The delivery guys were super nice and polite. Would definitely buy from The Mattress Hub again.
